Continental Ranch is a Master Planned Community in Northwest Tucson about 30 minutes from downtown. It is just west of the I-10 Freeway and there are several subdivisions in Continental Ranch to choose from.

There are still building new homes in Continental Ranch and the area is growing rapidly with new retail moving into the area daily. Most of the homes for sale in Continental Ranch are contemporary in style but there is a good percentage of southwestern or Santa Fe style homes also. Continental Ranch homes are served by the Marana School District including the Twin Peaks Elementary, Marana Middle and Marana High Schools.
