Prior to purchasing this home, my wife and I never wasted our time searching for the best real estate agent in Tucson and ‘immediately thought of Camille.  She is exceptionally knowledgeable, assertive, and highly competitive.  Camille guided us throughout the purchasing of the home from "cradle to grave" without missing a beat.  We never did any thinking or worrying as the entire process of buying went so smoothly.  She did more than what a liaison would do.  As the go-between person, all we have to do is to sign documents as she patiently explains to us the details of the document and sends it to parties concerned.  Camille spots problems beyond the "horizon" and proactively solves these issues in no time.  She sends contract modifications (3 times) immediately for problems beyond our control (e.g. mortgagor delays) so we won't lose my down payment money, in case.  Her service to us is second to none.  With all the exceptional service she did to us, the best part was on the financial.  She was able to convince the seller in bringing down the cost of the house from $265 to $190k; a significant amount of savings, plus the seller paid part of the closing and with an added home warranty (American Home Shield).  Can anyone top this service?  We highly commend her for a job well done and we’ll certainly hire again in the future.  Moreover, we will surely recommend her to our friends and any prospective buyers.  And finally, Camille certainly deserves more than recognition.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Camille Rivas-Rutherford when purchasing a home.  While I am a native of Tucson, I spent the last 31 years on the East Coast, and I thought I knew what I was looking for – I didn’t really.  Camille never demonstrated disinterest in my requests or how often I changed my mind. Camille researched my specific needs and showed me only the nicest, cleanest homes within my price range and desired location.  As we toured each house, she knowledgeable pointed out positive and/or negative aspects of the home.  She took a genuine interest in me and my boys personal requirements.   I wasn’t in a position to purchase a “luxury” home and was on a very modest budget, but Camille treated me like I was her most important client!   I felt very special and cared about.

After I narrowed my choice down to 2 homes, I was quite excited about one home in particular.  Camille, in a very non-invasive and compassionate manner, helped me determine which housewould be the best decision for my unique circumstances.  She was very caring and always made me feel like I was a sister and that she truly wanted the best for me and the boys.
